Doubts in Green power & REC

Dear Concern:- Our project have windmill, additionally wind mill capacity is 10 times greater than project connoted load The project use government electricity with net metering every month the government only pay for us for using excess windmill power So from this situation we did not use any non renewable energy so it is mandatory to purchase green power for this case Notes:- We does not sale our REC to anyone The excess power only sold to government (only Excess after project usage ) Doubts:- The Electricity used is already renewable so is it needed to buy Green power Kindly help us to resolve this issue (we already spend lot for windmill )
