Site Fill as Regional/Recycled Material...

Looking to confirm: We are using subgrade Fill for our building project that was procured from an on-site location. As per the above, site materials can apply to MR 4 and 5 percentages, as long as the cost for the fill (which we are using a processing cost x tonnage) is applied consistently throughout the project. The quantities involved may greatly improve our percentages of recycled and regional content, and I wanted to confirm that Fill was an allowable material. It certainly fulfills the spirit of the credits, if not only the letter of them. Thank you.
