CS-v4 EQc1:Enhanced indoor air quality strategies

Can a Core & Shell building with only restrooms built out that has only exhaust fans and gas fired freeze protection units comply with this credit? There are no chemical mixing spaces to separately exhaust or equipment to put MERV13s on.

If you don't have systems in your scope that allow you to comply with the credit, you have to do so through a signed lease agreement.
