I'm working on a cold dark shell project where the tenant will be building out the full HVAC and BMS system. Are we still eligible to pursue EAc5.1 and 5.2, and what tenant information is needed to do so? We could utilize the tenant drawings and write an M&V plan that the tenant could use to monitor the ECMs. I know that this credit under LEED-CI requires additional submtering - what would be required of the tenant for the CS project to show compliance without all of that additional submetering required under LEED-CI?
