Dear Concern:-
I have some doubt in this credit
1.Off site renewable energy is Qualified for this credit
2.Is there any specific distance for off site (like kilometres / Miles)
3.Is there any point scale for off site to claim in this credit
4.In EA PR 01 form it is available like ON & Off site, is it correct

1. yes in certain circumstances, you need to read the interpretations on the subject
2. No
3. same point scale.
4. EAp1 is about commissioning. If you mean EAp2 then if it qualifies for EAc2 then you can count it for EAp2/EAc1.

Can someone direct me to the CIR that states that
Off-site renewable energy can be used to offset the building energy cost savings as part of the energy model?
What are the conditions that the off-site PV array has to fulfill to be used as part of the energy model?

The best way to find an interpretation is to simply Google the subject matter along with the words LEED Interpretation. So in this case i would try LEED Interpretations off-site PV.
