CI-v4 MPR3:Must comply with project size requirements

Hi A client asked us if they can earn a LEED ID+C: CI certification for a 968 sqft meeting room renewal. The meeting room is inside of an office complex but they want to certificate just the meeting room. The main problem that we have detected is that it will not have any FTE occupants (in the v3 2009 version it would not achieve the MPR5) and that it has no bathrooms (it would not achieve any mpr or credits from this category). Is it possible to certificate this project? Thank you!

Carlos, there is no minimum FTE requirmeent for LEED v4! So I don't see any obstacle to pursuing this.
