Dear all. We are working on a LEED v4 NC campus project in which two (office) buildings pursuing a LEED certification. In the course of constructing the buildings will provided with two underground car parks which are connected with each other. The car parks are intended exclusively for these new buildings and not for any other building on the campus. Question: Is it possible to calculate one combined baseline parking capacity for the two buildings and compare that number with the total parking capacity of the two connected car parks (instead of the calculation for each individual building)? Many thanks in advance.

I would say so. I would simply clearly explain your methodology in your narrative for the credit submission.
