The recycled content percentage on the product data sheet is given as a range. What should I do?
Is the default average recycled content value of 25% for steel still allowed?
Can site materials, such as soil, be included in the MR credit calculations?
Are there recycled content claims that I should be wary of?

Denise—As Erica notes in her March 14 response on the MRc5 forum (http://www.leeduser.com/comment/redirect/71061), the requirement was to upload cut sheets for 20% of the sustainable materials cost (the cost contributing to your MRc4 or MRc5 tally). However, as Michelle points out in that same discussion, the latest versions of LEED Online documentation no longer requires uploading cut sheets.

Is backup documentation still required? The latest version of the LEED Online credit from removed this requirement (same for MRc5, and IEQc4.1-4.4).

I suspect it's based on when the project registered with leed/ LO.
The LO version our project is using for nc-v2009 still requests cut sheets.
