Thermal Comfort Controls

We are working on a project mainly dedicated to showers (83) and changing rooms (20) of a very large complex, with no workspaces within it, Could the project comply with this credit by excluding the thermal comfort controls and fulfilling design requeriments? Thank you in advance for your help!

Yes, sounds like there are no individual occupant spaces, so that's fine.
