Park aquatic and recreation

Hello, I was wondering under which LEEDv4 we can certify an Aquatic Park in Australia. The project involves the establishment of a new aquatic and recreation centre and community parkland which will include the following facilities: o Outdoor 50m heated lap pool and leisure water area; o 25m program pool; o Indoor leisure pool; o Hydrotherapy pool; o Crèche; o Park and outdoor synthetic multipurpose sports field, outdoor fitness stations and outdoor playground; o Health and fitness Centre; and o Café. Can it work under LEEDv4 NC ? or is a special tailored LEED certification needed ? Thank you, Camille
