The credit language reads max water use for over 175 lbs/day and max water use for under 175 lbs/day; I'm uncertain which criteria we are to follow. Our ice machine is over 175 lbs/day. Is that a problem?

Under 30 gal/100# ice/day is the standard for an undercounter also known as self-contained ice machine, as bin is integrated. If it is OVER 175#/day, the standard is 20 gal/100#, and are typically modular machines. Each standard is its own category. SO, if your icemaker makes more than 175# AND uses 20 gal/100# or less, it counts in that category. But if you ALSO have one UNDER 175# & uses 30 gal or less/100#, it counts. Some take advantage of this by having one in the athletic department and one for foodservice. Hope this helps.
