Documents Required For pre-certification for LEED V4 Core Shell

I have project of apartment in Pakistan, What are documents required for all credits actually??Do I have to submit all documents as I submit for preliminary review or just to tell the strategies and the options I am opting ?

Aqrab, here is more information on LEED precertification. You need to document all prerequisites and credits in LEED Online and request formal review.
