I am working on a core and shell project and i want to clarify my below mentioned points for V3 & V4 from seniors. Thanks
1) In core and shell project for daylight do we need to add all regularly occupied spaces including tenets spaces with out any binding agreement or documents and without knowing the schedule and layout of tenets spaces..
2) After preparing binding agreement/ document for tenets, can we include the plug and lighting load of tenet spaces as well, without knowing the schedule and layout of tenets spaces.?
3) Is above mentioned points are true if we just know the schedule and layout of tenets spaces.
4) Is above mentioned points are true by preparing binding document for tenets
5) Reception, cafeteria and auditorium of a office is regularly occupied space are not if these are complying for one hour individual work on average per day.

1. Yes,
2. In regards to lighting load, if you put in your lease agreement, that the tenant cannot exceed x, then you design to that load and can claim the credit for it in the energy model. If you do not put the max load in the lease agreement then you need to model the baseline and cannot claim credit for it. Plug loads are modeled based on whatever source you may have and do not effect anything whether you have an agreement or even know the layout.
3. yes, but as i noted in #2 the lighting load is claimed different.
4.yes, if you have a lease agreement of binding agreement or tenant guidelines with the tenant that state they must design a certain way that meets the requirements of the credit then you covered on many credits with CS
5. Refer to the regularly occupied space matrix dated April 2015 for spaces that must be included in the calculations. A space labeled cafeteria must be included, but break rooms do not. Any office space, must be regardless as whether it is used as a break out area for 30 minutes or all day.
