NC-2009 MPR6:Must commit to sharing whole-building energy and water usage data

Applying for LEED after the building is finished

This is a very general LEED question however is it possible to apply for LEED accreditation for a new building that is finished and handed over to client. Would we have missed out on the prerequisite credits such as the CxA agents. I'm wondering if any projects in the past was accepted at the end of the design and construction phase?

This is not really possible. As you noted you can't comply with prerequisites. And bigger picture, what's the benefit to the project of going through the process?
