My project has a balcony that projects away from the building, and does not provide a roof to an enclosed space for the building. How should the balcony be treated for this credit?

DES in non-roof measures

Hello, I am working in a DES heating and cooling thanks to sea water and I would like to know if it is taking in account as a non-roof measure. It is proven that by avoiding air conditionner which are releasing warm air, the DES is participating to the reduction of the heat island effect. Thank you or your answer.
