Zone adjust in residential project

We have an apartment building project. In 1 dwelling unit has 1 bedroom 1 living unit and restroom. Do I need to separate between bedroom and living quarter ? Can I grouping it in 1 thermal zone per 1 dwelling unit?
We use eQUEST for simulate this model and it have some limit for zone.
The zone is too much if we separate all of the zone for 29 floors building even we used floor multiply method.

See ASHRAE 90.1-2007 Table G3.1-9. You can zone it a couple of ways.
