Inspection Reports - responsible party

Is it required that the on-site inspection be conducted by a third party or can a Contractor's representative conduct the same?

Komal, It is not required that the on-site inspection be conducted by a third party. The Contractor or a Contractor's representative can conduct and document the periodic inspections.
