We’re working towards the certification of a large office building, where a good portion of the (FTEs) are subcontractors who spend time (minimum 40hrs/week) in the building but don’t necessarily have a permanent or consistent office space (e.g. maintenance staff). Should they be surveyed?

Hi Fareed, yes you should survey those folks. "Regular building occupants" need to be surveyed for this credit, which in a commercial office building are the people who either have a permanent office or workstation OR typically spend a minimum of 10 hours per week in the building.
