Is all solid wood considered inherently non-emitting? I’ve seen sources that say only solid wood flooring counts as inherently non-emitting.

Anyone come up with a PVC Welding Cement that meets the CDPH Standard Method v1.1 -2010 emissions requirement?

Update: I received an email from my supplier today advising that the manufacturers of the PVC cement/primer do not wish to spend the money on the testing and that there are none available.

Check Oatey and Hercules products, I found many Greenguard certificates on the UL Spot database.
