We have a small retail unit with no toilet access for customers. There are public toilets near by, but we have no relationship with the company that owns them, so I do not think we would be able to get technical data from them. We are able to take photos of all items and on site measurement to find out flow rates etc. Has anyone done this before and was it acceptable?
