Can I include reused furniture?

A material being reused contains recycled content. Can I count this under MRc3 and MRc4?

NC-2009 MRc3:Materials Reuse

Trees replanted

The reference guide says that section 32 90 00 (Planting/Landscaping materials) must be included in the calculations. We are working on a park that is using trees replanted from neighbor sites. Does this qualifies as material reuse?
