SRI of new concrete?

I searched comments by keyword "SRI new concrete" and didn't get any results. So im sorry in advance if this has been asked to death. I see reference to "the SRI of new concrete" and the "SRI of old concrete" and that LEED allows you to use the SRI for new concrete if it is a new parking lot. However, I see no reference to what this value is? The submittal from the contractor has no SRI and when I call and ask they have no early idea what im referring to. is there an accepted value for SRI of new concrete?
