FAQs about SSc3.2 :

Our building is mostly residential. Must we provide showers and changing rooms for the nonresidential portion?

Does LEED have any requirements on spacing or the type of bike racks used? What about security?

I haven't been able to find any info on this, but what I've heard doesn't quite make sense to me. If our project has 750 FTE, the .5% calculation comes out to 3.75 (rounded up to 4.) Does that mean 74 showers total? If they are split into locker rooms (one for men, one for women), can I provide 2 showers to each gender? Or does it mean 4 showers to each gender? It seems odd to have to double the shower count because the showers are located in locker rooms. Thank you for your help!

Garrett, I'd provide two showers for each gender.
