if actual Rc (lb/ton) of the chiller and other refrigerant units are unknown then will i able to take default.

Vishesh, In my project experience, it has been acceptable to use the default values as listed in the reference guide. When in doubt, use conservative worst-case values. This credit is too often shrouded in mystery, but can easily be embraced and earned when enough is known about the equipment.
