Hello all. Our site consists of an existed building that is going to be demolished, some paved areas and approximately 30% of green areas with turf-grass and few trees. Are these green areas considered to be greenfield or previously developed? In case they are considered to be previously developed then we can pursue the credit by only restoring 30% of the site, is that correct?

Hi Jody, the Reference Guide says that "greenfields are areas that have not been previously developed, graded, or disturbed." It sounds like vegetation that's associated with an existing building and paved areas would likely be considered previously developed. And in that case, you're correct that 30% of the site's previously developed areas need to be restored.
