Hi Alanna, the WQ component is built into this credit, which requires you to "manage" on site the runoff from the 95th or 98th percentile storms.
In short, this means that you must have 0 runoff for the respective design storm.
If you choose Option 2, you only need to manage the delta between the pre and post.
Simply treating the runoff and discharging is not acceptable.
