Our project provides water quality treatment of a majority of the stormwater prior to discharging from the stormwater best management practices at the site. Does providing water quality treatment help meet this credit definition?

Hi Alanna, the WQ component is built into this credit, which requires you to "manage" on site the runoff from the 95th or 98th percentile storms. In short, this means that you must have 0 runoff for the respective design storm. If you choose Option 2, you only need to manage the delta between the pre and post. Simply treating the runoff and discharging is not acceptable.
