Just a quick question; is it possible to certify a retail building under C&S rating system rather than Retail NC? Thank you all in advance!

Joel, if it's a full fit-out then that would not be a good fit. Could you do it if you really wanted to? I would get approval from GBCI.

Hi, We are having a mall and multiplex project, where the major area is used by retail shops. The whole interior fit out will be done by the tenants. Which rating system we should go? Please guide us.

Jesmin, that sounds like LEED-CS.
