Amenities Within Main Building

We have a Retail Commercial Interior project inside a Main building. The Main building has many amenities such as restaurant,library, departmental stores, beauty salon, etc,. Can we account these amenities within the Main building to meet the credit requirement of LEED ID+C_ Retail 2009.
