"Material Value" in LEED credit calculation

Hi every one, I have a general question regards definition of " Material Value" .ie, my structure steel value in the manufacture is 200K and the cost I paid to my sub after fabrication ... is about 600K. So the manufacture is giving me the LEED data and percentage based on the raw value of material ; however, the total cost for my GC has been almost triple. Which one of these two Material Values I should use to calculate the LEED credits? Thanks for your guidance,
