Black Box Theater Occupancy and FTE

Hi, Would anyone know how to treat the actors, artistic team, production team? Will they be treated as transients or FTE? Hope someone could shed some light on this Thank You

I would make some justifiable assumptions based on max occupancy and run with that. In prep for a performance 20 people are occupying the space for 4 hours a day, so 10 FTE? I would definitely think FTE and not transients.

Thank you Steve, I am thinking also of FTE instead of transient
