How about if there is no slope can we achieve the credit by default?

Flavia, yes, the credit can be earned on sites without slope. Eliot

Eliot, is this still applicable in v4? In the "Changes from LEED 2009" section there's a note stating: "Projects that locate on a site without existing slopes greater than 15% may NOT earn the credit."

Elena, thanks for catching this, and I owe Flavia an apology because I was mistaken when I answered him last November. You're correct that in v4 project sites without slopes over 15% can no longer earn the credit as they once could under v2009. I had missed that change in v4. Eliot
