CS-2009 MRc1:Building Reuse—Maintain Existing Walls, Floors and Roof

Partially demolished existing building

Our client has bought a lot with partially demolished existing building listed on national heritage fund list. So we need to preserve what has left - portion of exterior walls. The new project is pursuing CS scheme. Question is, how do we calculate reused structural elements. Do we need to calculate the state before demolition or can we take only the remaining existing exterior walls and count it as 100% reused? Demolition of existing building elements was not part of our project.

I would take it as it is.
