Correct spelling for Miranda

The correct spelling for the new LEED Fellow from Edificio Verde SA is Renato Miranda (full name: Renato Miranda Ibañez: http://www.edificioverde.com/index.php?sec=equipo). Mr. Miranda is based in Chile.

Andres, thanks for the note. I have corrected it above. We drew this info from USGBC—I hope they'll make the correction as well.
