Where do I draw the radius from?

Is one building or residential area enough to satisfy the residential density requirement?

I'd like to know if exist a tool, program or website that can help me in density radius calculation or I need to be counting every single house?

Lucas, we have a tutorial on how to do this density calculation here. Basically there is no completely automated way to do that that I know, but tools like Google maps can help a lot.
