It should not be a surprise to any LEED person that the new Adobe DC does not work with LEED-online. In IE11 the the system requirements say Adobe Reader not found. Yes, i have done all the trouble shooting. In Firefox ver. 40 i can open a credit form but cannot save the information. I have several tickets in to LEED-online. Adobe DC would seem to be the problem. No, i can go back to an older version of Adobe. My best work around is a old computer with XP and Adobe 9 and a sign "do not update". 08-18-2015

Steven, which version of LEED Online are you using?
Tristan,
I have a client at an Institution. This institution has just updated all computers and only using Adobe DC. I've looked around for guidance regarding how to manage this, but found no leads. This institution is managing multiple LEED projects, so a lack of access to LEED online is a significant impedement to their project management. Do you know how to follow up on this with USGBC/GBCI that doesn't involve generic info. requests?
Happy New Year Martha - In case you haven’t gotten any answers already to your questions, I wanted to make sure you were aware of a couple more recent reources. These include https://leeduser.buildinggreen.com/forum/leed-online-and-adobe-reader-dc-adobe-reader-11-end-life and https://leeduser.buildinggreen.com/tipsheet/leed-online-status-updates.
The solution for your client in this case is to use offline forms mode in LEED Online. That way they can work with Acrobat DC (or any PDF reader) they choose.
