Does the tenant design & construction guidelines (which is considered as a design credit) need to be finalized for review submission? When this document is submitted at a design review phase some information might be missing or modified further until construction has been completed. Additionally, specifications could only be included after project completion. Would the reviewer accept a current version although some information such as specs is missing?
