You cannot include temporary materials in any of the calculations for MR Credits MRc3, MRc4, or MRc5. The LEED-2009 BD+C Reference Guide, under the “Requirements” heading for each of these credits, says, “Include only materials permanently installed in the project.” You will find the same language in the CS Rating System.
