Can a project eligible for points under Base Building Systems - Building Envelope, Opaque and Building Envelope, Glazing if they can meet most of recommendations from 50% AEDG? Our base building able to meet at least 80% and 60% of the requirement respectively.

Michael, I don't think so. The way these prescriptive requirements are set up, it's not meant to be a menu of choices—I think LEED wants you to meet all the requirements.
