What does “Open Bottom Planters” mean? I assume they drain to ground water – and not to a weep hole in the face of the wall, and then to storm? Thanks.

Laura, I haven't seen a definition of this, but my assumption has been that they drain to the ground, not to a storm sewer.Nice to see you at Greenbuild last week!
