Exhaust fan for chemical storage

If We have chemical storage room with 69.4 ft square in Area in our building , i want to install one exhaust fan for this room to acheive credit requirements , how can i calculate minimum pressure diffrential and averagr pressure differential in the table in leed online and then choose the exhaust fan, please explain how we can do that ???

I'm interested in Dylan's response. In my experience this is something that must be measured and tweaked after construction, even though it is listed as a design credit.
