All, new to energy modeling and reviewing the EAp2 online template trying to figure out the required inputs and reports for the Target Finder section, Design vs Target. For which are the Baseline and Proposed model results used?

Project types range from office to manufacturing, for international and U.S. locations, so guidance on each combination is appreciated. The FAQs above and checkbox in the template indicate no inputs are necessary for unsupported building types and international projects. Please confirm.
