Prevention Through Design - LEED Pilot

We have a design review tool for new and existing construction projects that incorporates a decisional aid for identifying Environment, Health, Safety and sustainabiliy issues and what measures are needed to address these issues in the design. I have attached a link to a informercial on how the tool is applied and functions with our construction projects. Denise, are you referring to an existing LEED Pilot Credit, or one that you would propose? Or are you thinking of an Innovation point under IDc1?
