I am trying to claim this credit on the LEED Online v4 platform. Having noticed that my name does not appear on the drop down list of APs on the credit I went back to the "Team" tab to check that my LEED AP status was recognised. Under my team member profile it shows that I am not a LEED AP. There doesn't appear to be any way to ammend this (upload a certificate etc.). I'm sure that on the previous LEED Online platform I had uploaded my certificate and that it was acknowledging me as a LEED AP... Anyone have any advise how to get my LEED AP status recognised so we can claim this ID credit? Many thanks.
