We are replacing the mechanical system, updating the plumbing system and insulating the building envelope for an existing office building. The minimum requirements for LEED is GOLD certified. The lighting system was updated recently and it is not within our scope to modify the lighting system. The new lighting system is significantly better than Standard 90.1-2007 and meets the minimum requirements for lighting controls. Is it correct to assume the baseline lighting power is based on Standard 90.1-2007 and the proposed lighting power is based on existing conditions?
