Our goal was to submit for certification tomorrow February 13, 2015. We have the contract signed for Centimark to install new TPO roof on our project building but the project has not started due to we are installing new centrifugal fans in our shop for ventilation and the fans have not arrived yet, delaying the roofers. Is it possible for us to go ahead and claim this credit since completion will be in a few weeks and we have the contractors documentation showing LEED certified materials will be used on our roof?

Carl, I'm sorry that this answer is too late for your situation, most likely, but I think this is a credit where you either earned it or you didn't. You could wait to submit the documentation, or wait to recertify.
