Daily Occupancy for Cinema

Im working on a CI Cinema Project , there are some areas like Fast Food Service, how can I determinate the occupancy for the persons that are going to the cinema, under Visitors or Customer Retail?

LEED, are you wondering which category to put them under, or what number to put down?I would say "customer retail" and as far as number, that would best be determined by a study of the specific location or development type.
