Water Efficiency Calculation

Hi, My project is a factory building. They are installing only Indian Water Closets and no Urinals. How to calculate water efficiency if Urinals are not used? Can we give flow rate as 0 and proceed or is there any separate calculation?

Abdul, if there are no urinals and all usage is for water closets, then exclude urinals from your calculations.
