We are having trouble finding EPAct-compliant fixtures. Is that a problem?

Where can I find a clear meaning of "public" and "private" as relevant to lavatory faucets?

I am working on a school project and actualy calculating WEp1. I am wondering that the default fixture use for a school indicate no daly uses for a shower for students. Also the LEEDonline form do not consider the showers for students. My question is, is that correct? We are not attempting Credit SSc4.2. The showers are installd in the sports hall and will be used only by students. Thanks Markus

Markus, Did you ever sort this out? We have a project with a similar use for showers that differs from typical LEED usage rates. Thank you.

Hi Markus, Correct, students/visitors are not anticipated to utilize the shower and the Form is set up to not include any daily uses from this occupancy type. However, based on the project scope (sports hall where showers will be used only by students) it seems reasonable to include some student shower use. In the WEp1 Form calculator I would create an additional fixture group just for the student shower use (however you will likely need to list these students in the FTE column in order for the Form to calculate this fixture group). I would provide a narrative explaining your methodology and rationale for including the student shower use.
