Above in the "Birds Eye View" tab, it says "Resilient flooring, rubber flooring, ceramic tile, and prefinished wood flooring all must be FloorScore or Greenguard Children and Schools certified." But in the credit language it says that tile without integral organic‐based coatings and sealants qualify for credit without any IAQ testing.
So does ceramic tile need to be tested or not?

Crista, sorry for the confusion. I apparently need to update that sentence—okay, done. Ceramic tile is indeed exempt as long as it does not have coatings.
